When saying that word, everyone is reminded of their mother or the motherly figure in their life. Each person has their own words to describe their mom, but I'm sure we all have similar words and can agree that moms are angels sent from God. Just the word gives you the sense of someone who is kind, caring, beautiful and in my case, your best friend. Mother's deserve everything in the world and so much more. Although that is rarely attainable, it good to shower her with gifts you can afford.
This Mother's Day I partnered with L'Occitane to bring my Mother this amazing gift box set. She was so excited to receive it when I told her about this campaign! (Even though I had to give it to her early because I couldn't wait.)
Inside this box is so many amazing products that my mom will love. As you know, moms are always hard at work especially my Mom. Whether she's doing laundry, the dishes, mopping the floor, working hard at her job being a nurse, they are always pushing themselves to do their best at whatever is in front of them. At the end of the day, its nice to be able to sit down, relax, and take these L'Occtaine products and nurish their skin to maintain the motherly touch of softness.
This box contains some amazing products:
- Shea Butter Hand Cream 2.5 oz.
- Shea Butter Foot Cream 2.5 oz.
- Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Cream 6.76 oz.
- Shea Butter Shower Cream 1.7 oz.
- Shea Butter Milk Soap 3.5 oz.
- Wrapped in a L'Occitane Signature Gift Box
My mom is not just my mom. She is my photographer, shopping partner, personal back scratcher, hair braider, thrifting buddy, and so much more! Looking back on it, my mom has done so much for me throughout my entire life and I can't thank her enough.
For those of you who didn't know, I am the the youngest and the only girl in the family after three boys. Before I was born into this world, the doctor had told my parents that they were going to have another boy. Little did they know that I was going to be the greatest gift of all, A LITTLE BABY GIRL.
From that moment on, me and my mom have had a special bond. Being the only girl, me and her would go and do everything that mothers and daughters do. Getting our nails done, shopping, putting on makeup and so much more! My mom has been my best friend and my biggest support system ever since and I am so thankful that God has given me such an amazing mom. After going off to college, she has always been just a phone call away when I need someone to talk to and a shoulder to cry on.
My mom has played a huge role in my passion for thrifting as well. When I was younger, my mom would always take me thrifting to the Salvation Army. I would get to search through all the used clothes and pick out my favorites and she would buy them for me. This was just the beginning of a journey that would change my entire life. I can't thank her enough for igniting one of my biggest passions.
Happy Mother's Day Mom,
I love you with all my heart and I am so blessed to have been the biggest surprise of your life. Thanks for being you, and most importantly thanks for always telling me if my outfits look bad!
