God has given us such an amazing gift with this place we get to call Earth. There are so many places yet unseen by the human eye, and so many gorgeous and unimaginable places already discovered.
This August, I am traveling to Peru on a mission trip and I am beyond excited to see the work that God does with our team! I recently got a new camera, so I am especially excited to take it with me and capture the adventures that will unfold once we get there! I have browsed many pictures on Pinterest and can't wait to hold the Alpacas and buy handmade goods from the local women to bring home to America! But most importantly, I'm excited to hangout and be a light to the children there and of course play some volleyball!

Can't wait to continue where summer leads me!
I'm off to the Outer Banks next week!
While browsing through Pinterest looking at outfit inspirations for the upcoming holiday, I wanted to curate some looks for you guys! This holiday is all about being chic but not over the top. Little hints of red white and blue really stand out and make your outfit way less confusing.
Enjoy these looks and hopefully they inspire you this upcoming July 4th!

First off, Happy Summer! It is my favorite time of the year! There is just something about the warm air and sun that put me in such a better mood when I wake up in the morning. One thing I've really been working on this summer is getting in a working routine every day and not just going with the flow. Sometimes I won’t want to get out of bed early but I have to make myself because I know there is work to get done! Also, when you wake up early, you literally have the whole entire day to get things done which is seriously so much time!
My boyfriend Danny and I have so many adventures planned for this summer and I’m so excited to share with you guys where we will be going! I will be documenting our trips so that you can read about our experiences and see our travels visually on my blog! I love capturing trips because it gives you guys a sneak peek into what we did and the things we saw! I hope you will enjoy them! I’m also thinking about blogging the trips as well! So we will see what all happens and if I will! If you would like to see vlogs, let me know!
This summer, Danny and I have already spent a lot of time along the shores of Lake Erie. It’s such a serene and perfect place to snap photos and for Danny to fly his drone. There’s just something about being on the beach and looking out to see nothing but absolute water. It feels like you are at the end of the world. The weather here in Ohio is very unpredictable so I was so thankful I could enjoy the beach and pop open a cold can of Dr Pepper on this warm and sunny day!
The water in Lake Erie was surprisingly warm so I was able to hop in and use this adorable bottle shaped pool floaty! Floats are so much fun especially to lay on in the heat of summer! It’s like the middle man of the pool. If you get too hot, you can just dip in the water and then hop back on, super useful! You know I'm going to be getting my tan on with this thing!
And if you guys didn't know, I am a unicorn fanatic and was literally ecstatic when I received this unicorn beverage holder! My sophomore year in college, I had unicorn decorations all over my room and every unicorn Pillow Pet imaginable. You could definitely say I was a little obsessed. But thankfully my obsession these days isn't that intense! I’m so excited to continually use these products the rest of my summer and share the fun with my friends!
But don't worry, the fun doesn't stop with me. You can also enjoy your summer with Dr Pepper right now by purchasing Dr Pepper at your local Walmart. Who doesn't love shopping and receiving a prize for doing so?

As a blogger, content creator and daily dreamer, all my work is typically done using my hands. Its very important to keep them moisturized throughout that day so that they don’t get dry and crusty. And plus, hands that are moisturized just tend to get more work done (or maybe thats just me). I have been using L’Occitaine EN Provence Shea Butter Handcream lately and it has seriously been a life changer!
Most hand creams I have tried are very watery and leave your skin with an oily texture. However, this cream is perfectly crafted giving me the exact formula and density I have been looking for! The scent of this hand cream includes honey, almond and coconut which are all mixed together to produce this magical product. However, if this scent isn’t the flavor for you, L’Occitane offers plenty of other scents with options of two different size bottles! All hand creams are now available at Sephora!

Ive been on a blogging grind lately and I'm loving it! Ive been trying to adventure more and capture looks and moments rather than just your everyday street style photo. Every photo should tell a story and bring emotion, and thats what I'm trying to focus on.
I hope you guys had a lovely week and are enjoying this wonderful warm Saturday (well here in Ohio)! It is almost 60 degrees here in Ohio and its hard to remember it is still Winter.
If you guys haven't heard, Nordstrom Rack is having an additional 25% off sale and thats where I got my lovely jacket! I thought it would help bring me into spring without looking to wintery. I seriously love Nordstrom Rack so much. Ive spent way to much money there over the past couple months!
Have a wonderful rest of your weekend!
Salvation Mountain had been a place that I have wanted to travel to for awhile. When I surprised Danny with tickets to California for his birthday, Salvation Mountain was the first place that came out of my mouth that we knew had to go to. The trip was everything I expected and more. Salvation Mountain is located in a small deserted town in California. The drive there was very enjoyable and we stopped many places along the way such as the Salton Sea and Joshua Tree. The whole entire time driving, there was an abundance of abandoned and desolate buildings. The beauty of just being in the middle of nowhere comforted me in ways unimaginable. If you ever have the chance to go to Salvation Mountain or Joshua Tree, GO!

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day!
To me, this day isn't just for those who are in a relationship, it's a day to love yourself. Go out and buy yourself flowers, take yourself on a date. If you can't love yourself, how do you expect to love someone else?
I decided to go with a more casual look without over-doing the usual pink and reds (typical Valentine's Day outfit). I decided to add in one of my favorite colors right now which is olive green. It matched perfectly with the embroidered roses on the dress and my booties! Almost everything is shopable down below! Just click on the link and it will directly take you to the item. Most of these items are on sale right now!
My cross body bag is from Urban Southern which is a company that handcrafts everything in the USA! They were kind enough to send me their Half Moon Crossbody bag and as soon as I opened it I fell in love. You know when you can just tell products are made very very well? This bag will literally last forever. In a fast-fashion world, this companies products are a time piece, something that will always be in style and last for generations to come.

To be honest with you guys, I HATE SNOW. I would rather be someplace tropical soaking up the sun than being in the cold. But the time will come, so I'm making efforts to enjoy it while I can!
This Winter season I have been wearing a lot of muted tones. Don't get me wrong, I have my occasional flair of color, but I've been trying to blend in with the tones of the season. Also my mom got me the adorable jacket shown above at a hospital gift shop. WHO KNEW HOSPITALS HAD CUTE CLOTHES? I would have never guessed!
I've been spending a lot of time on my vintage clothing store on Instagram called Faded Threads Vintage. I love every minute of it and providing gals with unique vintage items handpicked by yours truly. You can check it out at @fadedthreadsvintage on IG!
I applied for a social media internship position at Free People in October. I had to send them my resume and create 15 mock twitter posts, something you would see on their twitter. They then emailed me back a week later telling me I had advanced my application process and that they would like me to do a video interview! I took the video interview and hadn't heard back for a month and a half. Well yesterday, I got an email saying they wanted me to come to Philadelphia and have an in person interview! I AM SO EXCITED!
I am trusting In God and his will be done! If it doesn't work out then I know there is something else greater planned for me! But please be praying!
Heres to week two of constant content on my blog.

I don't even know how to feel, somewhat scared of whats to come, but accomplished of what I have done. Its a whirlwind of emotions that are incomprehensible to fathom.Read More
You have to get lost to get found.
College leads you into your adult life, where you get a six figure job, have a wonderful husband and perfect children. Well.... at least thats what we all wish, right? Unfortunately that is a preconceived notion that we were all lead to believe in our adolescent days.Read More
